Add a progress bar to Import User Licences screen

I downloaded a large collection of rap files onto a FAT32 formatted USB stick. Apollo's Import User Licences operation is taking over 2 hours. I understand this is a slow process but a progress bar displaying the percentage of licenses processed would be helpful.

there's no real need to import 10000+ .rap licenses in bulk. You can't even have all those titles installed in any case, so the correct usage is to only import the licenses that you need.

You can also copy .rap files to the /exdata folder using FTP or a file manager, and let HEN or CFW use the .rap files when needed.
