can't create RID for a Work as instanceOf in Instance with RID created by another user #23

for example http://editserv-dev.bdrc.io/ID/WA0NB/WA7CZ5 returns 400 when I try to create new Work for bdr:MW7CZ5

there's a new API for that now: https://github.com/buda-base/editserv/blob/dev/API.md#put-idfullid
