Need to add name and symbol to terminus token, so Polygonscan can index it, and owners can see tokens in their wallets on polygonscan.

Better to make seperate facet, since we already have some deployed contracts

@Yhtiyar : You can put on TerminusFacet and I will run upgrades everywhere (we have a checklist for that).

Can you make a PR quickly?
