Ockam Portals OS Requirements not indicated in docs

Observed behavior

There are no information in the docs about which OS Ockam Portals can install to.
For example, the dmg file in the readme threw an error: "You have macOS 13.0. The application requries 13.5 or later".
I also looked in docs.ockam.io but there are nothing there as well.

Steps to reproduce

Install the DMG file from https://github.com/build-trust/ockam/blob/develop/examples/app/portals/README.md.
Possibly, this will also trigger after brew install on an unsupported OS version.

Desired behavior

Is there any information to refer to see if Portals can be installed? It would be great to see it in the docs right before installation.
