Currently we maintain BUILD_COMMAND variable to do some actions inside Docker container.

https://github.com/gojuno/mainframer/blob/8c3033fffbc62bab6f3b28314308bf64cd9a0fa2/ci/build.sh#L43-L58

It gets more and more painful to add logic to it, so we should extract it to a separate script file and just execute it inside container.
