how to run opencl demo

I want to use Gpu to accelerate bullet，but opencl demo from source code can not run ，there are no main.cpp.
and I can not find this class Gpudemo in source code

Hi @erwincoumans, could you let us know if there's a main function (or the steps to create such a function) to demonstrate the use of GPU in the codebase? Since there's very limited README on the GPU end, we need more info to get hands dirty on this. Thanks.
