When the instructions of a file tell you to do something to a file and then you do, but then you check how something was done in a previous step of the tutorial and then go back to the step / chapter / page you are on, the original file associated with the step overwrites what you just did.
Its a bit confusing and frustrating - but how could it work otherwise - should a user be able to save to the .learneth dir?
How would they then refresh to the original files?
