Adding new field to entry after deleting previous ones re-adds all the previously deleted ones after saving.

The title. I have been struggling with adding a TOTP to github, and while dealing with this equally annoying but separate issue, I came across this: I have the account here. I delete some entries, change the entry I'm keeping, and click save. All appears well.

Then, upon going in, changing another bit of the entry I actually want to keep (please please PLEASE devs, make adding these entries easier. If I don't respond to this issue after 3 days, it's because I couldn't get it working to verify my Git account with.), and then saving, all THREE previous entries magically reappear.

This issue has been plaguing me, and it's highly frustrating.
EDIT: Just finally managed to get TOTP working after about an hour of searching. Used this to finally figure it out.
