Export/Import Vault when using Local Vault [Feature Request] #375

I'm on Android and I have no way of importing from another password manager.

I also can't export my vault as I used the local vault. There is no option to export.

I don't know if iOS has a similar issue.

I'd really like to export my vault so I can have a backup to store on a physical USB stick.
