Description

As a developer
I want to investigate the old codespaces PRs and Button's need for codespaces
So that I can figure out if the work should be merged in or not

Tasks (How)

  • ask Alec if we can add codespaces to the Toolkit repo (it was a beta feature before, is it available now? what are the fees? should we set limits)
  • review code in the codespaces PRs (combine into one PR so the feature is more complete)
