Use collaborative data source and add frontend for editing sites

Users should be able to easily add new/update existing sites, preferably without the need to write code.
Create a simple front end to update/edit data at e.g. wedata.net. The front end could either live on a separate GitHub-hosted page or integrated directly into the Link 'em all config dialog.
