We used to have a barcrew that operated regularly, bar-crew members did regular shifts.

I propose to show a bar-graph ( yes really ), with one bar per day-of-the-week.
That graph should go from 0 to 100

I would only analyse the times between 16:00 and midnight (8h) in 15min slots. For every 15min Slot in which the bar was opened once, the 15min slot is counted as "was open constantly". If the bar was opened constantly forany 15min slot, then that is counted as such. This way every day of the week has 32 slots, so every slot accounts for 3,125% of that day (100 percent divided by 32)

Furthermore I think it is necessary to average over the last couple of weeks, I have something in mind like 4-12 weeks for that.

I have the hope that this leads to more regular bar-opening, because it would be very visible that for example Rubbel is doing Bar every wednesday and that we dont have a regular Barbot for the Monday.

It would show on which days the Bar-Crew needs the most support.

The same data could be showed down to the hour or half-hour with a graph similar to the loudness-graph that is in some rooms displayed.
