Feature request: allow specifying multiple locales

Thank you for the app, I am able to set my device language to Esperanto, but it keeps resetting the other languages specified in System Settings -> System -> Languages & Input -> Language.

I would like to set my languages to Esperanto (which I am able to do with MoreLocale), but simultaneously have fallback to Finnish and English (Finland) in that order, but the list keeps resetting only to Esperanto which causes English fallback (of which variant I don't know).

The Language field in Custom Locale seems to currently only allow three characters at most, I was trying to offer it comma separated values, which would still have left the counry as an issue.

I am on Android 13 (/e/OS v1.19) on Fairphone 5.
