I took the freedom to modify the script.
The AKAI LPD8 sends release events after pressing the pads, which need to be parsed too (toggle mode and momentary works)
I added a config file for 4 joysticks all the same and for just one stick. LPD editor file is also added to confígure the pad.

I was frustrated that no LPD8 integration was available anywhere - thanks for your work.
I used this software for Flightsimulator 2020 to switch gears, brakes, flaps and throttle etc..
With 4 joysticks it should be enough for any plane ;-)
Program changing on LPD8 is achieved pressing "program + one bottom pad"

PS the LPD8 is 41 € currently - so this is a cheap option to pimp your flightsimulator
