Modules without imports

Roughly this will work as following:

1. You can in general remove all imports you're currently writing.
2. There will be a setting where you can list all the dependencies your language has, which will limit the modules available, even if they are in the included libraries.
3. "import" can be used to resolve ambiguities.

    return mem::alloc(12);

Becomes

module abc;
fn void* test()
{
    return mem::alloc(12);
}

(2) If we have no dependencies "deps":[] =>

module abc;
import std::mem; // Error, unknown module std::mem
fn void* test()
{
    return mem::alloc(12); // Error: Cannot find mem::alloc
}

module bar;
struct Context { float a; float b; }

module baz;
Context abc; // Error Context is ambiguous!

=> fix alt 1, use path

module baz;
foo::Context abc;

=> fix alt 2, use import

module baz;
import foo;
Context abc;
