'molecular-profile-sample-count' endpoint is returning all sample count instead of profiled count for mutations

This is discovered during the testing of RFC80 work for #11016 and #11046.
It may not seem to affect public cBioPortal but further investigation would be great to make sure of that.
Also the title of mutation profile name is displaying all sample count as well. Maybe that's from part of the data curation process.
