Cancer study chart submits filters with enumerated list of all samples instead of just studyId

If you click the pie chart for Cancer Study, you'lll see it submits filter with all sample ids for the selected study(s). Why wouldn't it just submit the studyIds? Maybe that's an easy fix to make?
