I am particularly interested in accessing the Copy Number Variation (CNV) data for pancan_tcga on cBioPortal. This dataset comprises values for various genes categorized as follows:

Deep Loss: -2
Shallow Loss: -1
Diploid: 0
Low-Level Gain: +1
High-Level Amplification: +2
