The studies below have missing data that is pending from authors, this issue is opened as a reminder to follow up with authors and update the studies when the data is obtained.

  • gist_msk_2023: RFS curves & risk stratification data
  • mbn_msk_2024: subtype data & more clinical data is in the portal compared to the paper, author requested to indicate what data to keep (otherwise data can be removed if not needed)
  • ucec_msk_2024: PFS, treatment, response info
  • hcc_clca_2024: confirm the PIVKA2 range
  • brain_ccma_2023
