Using pepper plugin decreases Flash performance

Quadrigram is a flash based platform to create custom visualizations. We have 
detected that using pepper instead of another flash plugin on chrome or another 
browser decrease seriously the performance of our tool.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login at Quadrigram.com
2. Execute an advanced space


What is the expected output? 
The space will be ready in a few seconds.
What do you see instead?
The space is not ready up to more than 10 seconds and no all graphic components 
are rendered

What version of the product are you using? 
Chrome Version 23.0.1271.95
On what operating system?
IOS 10.8.2
