What do I do if I miss my renewal window?

What do I do if I miss my renewal window?

You can renew your license starting 60 calendar days before it expires.  If for some reason you miss the renewal window, please follow these steps.

  1. Cease cannabis activity
If a completed renewal and license fee are not received by the Department before your license expires, you must cease all commercial cannabis activity immediately upon expiration of your license.
  2. Take action
Don’t delay action. After 30 calendar days from expiration, you will not be able to renew your license and are required to re-apply for a new license.
  3. Pay fees, including late fees
To resume operating, you must submit a completed license renewal application and pay the appropriate license renewal fee, including a late fee (50% of the applicable license fee), to the Department within 30 calendar days of expiration.
