We are hiring a CalAcademy Curriculum Design Lead to join the team! You’ll develop and administer a training program in user research, design, data as well as other disciplines. You’re excited to create interactive and engaging courses. You’re an expert at using a variety of training methods. You love learning new things and sharing your skills with others. You’re always on the lookout for ways to improve training programs. Your work at ODI will enable the state workforce to better serve Californians.
- -Location: The employee’s workstation is located in Sacramento, CA. Travel may be required to attend meetings in Sacramento, offsite, conferences, and/or training classes as needed. This position provides telework opportunities in accordance with agency telework policies. (Must currently reside in California)
