+ +You will lead ODI’s CalAcademy Team, including experts in curriculum design and adult learning theory. Our team is curious, creative, and driven to empower state teams with the skills they need to deliver an excellent customer experience to the Californians they serve. You will measure both training and learner success to drive ongoing improvements. You’ll bring a deep understanding of adult learning theory and curriculum design, and you’ll partner with subject matter experts across a variety of fields to develop courses for a diverse range of learners. You’re a leader who will create a collaborative, supportive, and encouraging work environment. You value empathy towards everyone, including the public, co-workers, and partners across government.
