How can i add the execution time in my prompt order please

@AbdouBKS have you tried adding cmd_exec_time in the prompt order?
see example here:
https://github.com/caiogondim/bullet-train.zsh/blob/master/bullet-train.zsh-theme#L37

I tested it briefly, and it seems to only log time after a few seconds, (at least 9 seconds?)
