Nano "change rep" screen shows wrong current rep

Describe the bug
The "Change Representative" screen in nano wallet settings does not show accurate current rep.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a nano wallet.
2. Open the settings menu.
3. Go to Other Settings > Change Representative.
4. Observe the value for Current Representative is wrong.

Expected behavior
Current Representative shows the wallet's actual current rep.

Additional context
The rep address is not only wrong, it is not a valid nano address since it starts with "nano_x…" when it must be "nano_1…" or "nano_3…".
