bug: xmr/wow autorotate subaddr requires use of primary

[nahuhh]

Describe the bug
Default setting is "autorotate subaddr", but it doesnt show the first subaddr until you use your primary

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new wallet
2. Click on receive tab
3. Only available address is your primary

Expected behavior

1. Your primary address should still always be available and
2. Your first receive address should be a subaddress
