@mrose914 it's weird -- it looks fine when I view it in the browser, but as soon as I download and view in a PDF viewer I still see that weird Accessibility uppdate... title 🤔

I think it comes from the original (Word) doc that was converted to PDF?

Hmm, ok. Let me see what I can do...and yes it is from the original title but I can't revert to that format or I'll have to redo all the pdf accessibility todos 🙃
