Sort IO in calaos_home

Items are displayed and sorted in rooms by hits. It's good for a "one list" view like in calaos_mobile. But in calaos_home items are displayed in 2 lists, and the sorting is not very clever here. You can have shutters in the left and the next in the right list.

A better view could be to group IOs by type, example: group all shutter on one list only and same for scenario or lights.
