Figure out a way to have backwards compatitibilty of changes in the SDK collections

In case where the implementation of the store SDK Collection changes the entries already written in the DB will have to be migrated to the newer version if there are breaking changes. Probably some time of migration for the data should be implemented to ensure backwards compatibility. cc: @miraclx @xilosada @MatejVukosav @fbozic
