[Order Edit] Cannot figure out how to generate data

NOTE All endpoints under Order Edit, not just the first one

Trying to find the documentation around it - not sure how I can edit an existing order from the Nextjs Store / Admin UI... I tried to locate the table in the db that may have this info, but there's no Order Edit table either. Need to analyze the code and figure out.
