The templates are deploying Grafana 9.3.4, which was released in 2023 and is affected by a high severity CVE-2023-1387

Even tho Grafana mentions to update to 9.3.13 in their advisory, it still contains critical and high vulnerabilities, including 9.3.16 as well. Updating to the latest version would fix this and other critical and high Grafana CVEs

Fix, needs testing the complete deployment works after the update: #95
