Once #259 is complete, we should update the ddb nonprod instance

@jsstevenson this issue had storing HGNC sequence locations as a pre-req. I'm going to touchbase with Anastasia to see if we need to implement this and then re-run.

Oh sorry, I thought this was different repo.

@anastasiabratulin said we can add #259 in future minor release and it's okay to use Ensembl + NCBI for now.
