What needs to get done

The links that point to the Ops library use intersphinx (:external+ops:ref:). They lost their Ops | [title] marker in their link text during conversion. It ought to be re-added to each of them.

Why it needs to get done

Users need to know that the link is taking them to a separate doc set.
