There are fields that would be constantly changed, for example:

runs-on: ubuntu-20.04
charmcraft-channel: latest/candidate
bootstrap-options: --agent-version="2.9.42" <- maybe with less frequency

We could try to add wildcards or something that help us reduce maintenance.
