Integrate kserve/xgboost:0.11.2 rock

Integrate the rock created by canonical/kserve-rocks#45 and add an appropriate integration test using one up upstream's examples, if we don't already have one.

What needs to get done

1. Integrate the ROCK into the kserve-operator.
2. Add an integration test for this rock, if required

Definition of Done

Rock is integrated with kserve-operator and the tests are passing.
