When we deploy mlflow, we could add a link for it in the left sidebar of the kubeflow dashboard. This is easily done via changing the config for the dashboard, but that config is fed statically so it would either be with or without the mlflow link. Since we don't ship kubeflow with mlflow, it would be a bit awkward.
