Steps to reproduce

Open

Open https://github.com/canonical/postgresql-test-app/actions/workflows/ci.yaml?query=branch%3Amain

Expected behavior

Every night the self-check test should be executed, e.g. mysql-test-app.

Actual behavior

No nightly tests executed.

Additional context

The common Data Team CI is to execute nightly tests for each sub-component to provide better stability and tracebility.
