Description of the bug

apport does not collect non-root user logs

Expected behavior

any logs that pro collect-logs captures should be uploaded by apport, including the userX.log files

Current behavior

no non-root user logs are uploaded

To Reproduce

Please include details on how to reproduce the bug.

  1. run pro status as regular user
  2. ubuntu-bug ubuntu-advantage-tools (don't actually open the bug, just view the report it collects)
  3. See that the user log is not collected

System information:

  • Ubuntu release: all
  • Pro Client version: 33
