Documentation: Rewrite docker image docs using guest_tokens once they exist

Today, our docker image documentation suggest passing a normal pro token into the docker build. This doesn't work for auto-attached hosts, which don't have a pro token.

After guest tokens exist, they will be attainable on all pro hosts, including auto-attached hosts, so we should rewrite our docker image docs to use them instead.
