Hello @shaanrockz , thanks for reporting

This is unfortunately happening due to a problem in our backend (canonical/ubuntu-com-security-api#165), and the team is concluding the work on a fix.

Our team is making an effort to include the client fix on v34 - which should be out around mid September.

Hey hello
Unfortunately we do not, and our hands are tied to the web team solving canonical/ubuntu-com-security-api#165 :(
@casual-lemon could you please comment on that issue, to add some traction? We will try to escalate this internally.

Hey, hello Ken
Unfortunately we do not. As I mentioned, there is little our team can do before the backends are sorted out. We are collaborating with them as much as possible to fix this. Progress will be tracked in canonical/ubuntu-com-security-api#165. We are sorry for the delays and all the inconvenience.
