Post-DFE jitter distribution and bathtub curve incorrect for marginal channels.

I'm noticing that in cases where the post-CTLE eye is closed, but the post-DFE eye is open, the post-DFE jitter distribution and bathtub curve are wrong.
The jitter distribution shows large spikes at both ends of the horizontal plot range.
And the bathtub curve shows no opening, which is consistent with the (erroneous) jitter distribution.

Look into this and fix it.
