Describe the bug

display error when I build project by using "npm run dev".

To reproduce

I refer to https://github.com/capsule-corp-ternoa/ternoa-js-test-dapp

npm install ternor.js
npm run dev
http://localhost:3001 (dou to 3000 is in use)

Expected behavior

display test project.
