Problem to run games who needs Boot Disk

Hello, thanks for this awesome emulator.
I'm trying to run any game with boot disk needed, like Samurai Shodown or Asuka 120% Excellent, but the game never boots, informing "システムが違います" (System is different).
I'm sure to mapping correctly the .cue of the CD and the .bin from boot disk in Tsugaru_GUI.

I've tried to run in Tsugaru_CUI, also without success. I've used the command:

Tsugaru_CUI "D:\LaunchBox\bios\fmtowns" -CD "D:\LaunchBox\Games\Fujitsu FM Towns Marty\Samurai Spirits [CD] [bad - mp3 source]\Samurai Spirits.cue" -FD0 "D:\LaunchBox\Games\Fujitsu FM Towns Marty\Samurai Spirits [CD] [bad - mp3 source]\Samurai Spirits (Boot disk).bin"

Can someone help me in this problem?
