[Bug]: Warning icon appears in the middle of the textarea element instead of right upper corner #16649

Description

The warning icon is vertically centered within the textarea element instead of be placed in the right upper corner as the invalid icon. Please notice that this is happening in Carbon Angular, not Carbon React.

Steps to reproduce

Get to Storybook, TextArea component , and set the warn directive to true.
