Question for Carbon

While installing some Carbon 10 packages like [email protected] I noticed a dependency on a package called @carbon/[email protected]. It appears that this package is intended to report usage information back to IBM. The npm page for that package gives a repository link of https://github.com/carbon-design-system/carbon, however I am unable to find the source code for the @carbon/telemetry anywhere in this repo, either on the main branch or on the v10 branch. I also don't see a telemetry repo elsewhere in the carbon-design-system organization. Where is this code, please?
