Description

Setting Combobox to readOnly state still allows selection

Reproduction/example

https://react.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/components-combobox--playground&args=readOnly:!true

Steps to reproduce

Click on the selected value on the combobox.
Notice that the options are displayed
CLick on other options and notice that other option is getting selected
