[Bug]: In Overflow menu, menu items are hidden when the list is long

Description

In the OverFlowMenu with menu items, when the list of menu items is long, part of the nested menu items gets hidden and not accessible to the user.

I expected that Overflow menu would show a scrollbar when the content overflows.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the overflowMenu Icon in the page, it would open a long list of menu items and some menu items at the bottom are hidden.
