Decide if/how to break out datagrid to keep Figma file size smaller

With the plan to deprecate DataGrid components in favor of headless TanStack, decide on the impact on Figma kit.

• Decide if we keep Figma kit, should it be its own kit due to size of file
• Audit how teams are using Figma kit now with respect to DataGrid and its subcomponents.
• Talk to core to see their thoughts on moving core's data table to its own Figma too
• If we move, we need to communicate change

Since we decided that Figma can remain the same as it relates to TanStack replacing DataGrid, I'm thinking of moving this out from the TanStack Epic but leaving it in Backlog for Q1 2025. Sound okay @RichKummer @oliviaflory
