Tooltip accessibility issue

Issue: Content is not within a landmark element

Specifics: Violation appears when Tooltip info is toggled on (doesn't disappear until becomes out of focus). Line that causes issue is: <span tabindex="0" role="link" class="bx--visually-hidden">Focus sentinel</span>.
