Drone simulation using OpenScenario XML

Hello,
I am currently using OpenScenario XML (1.0.0) for a project and I wanted to extend my use case to flying machines like drones. Unfortunatly, it has never been implemented in the standard. However, I was wondering if it is possible to modify something somewhere to add a new vehicle "drone" and to make it fly in 3 dimensions.
